Olive Green Halo Eye Tutorial

Happy TUESDAY! Thanksgiving is coming up SO soon — so if you are needing some fall inspiration for your Thanksgiving look this year, it’s coming at ya right now. This olive green halo eye is SO pretty — especially if you have brown, hazel or green eyes. The gold really brings out the bright flecks in those eye colors and if you have green eyes specifically, the olive tones really help to bring the green out in your eyes. I’m ALL about playing up my eyes, so I love earth tones and purples. This look is SO easy. Took me less than 20 minutes to do start to finish (whole face + lashes included). Let’s do this.

This look is, like I said above, so simple and easy to do AND this technique can be replicated with any colors. I love purple and silver, blue and silver, pink and gold, etc. If you want something more on the neutral side, brown or taupe with gold is always a stunner on ANY eye color.

I did mention a palette that I was using that hasn’t been released yet — it’s the BadAss Quad from Heroes Beauty (a fun review including more of their products coming soon), but it isn’t available on their site yet. I’ll link it once it is (should be super soon)! πŸ™‚

Did you guys like this look?? I love it. I do this halo eye in so many different colors all the time, because it is SO much easier to do that people think it is. Step outside of the box today and try a new look! Don’t forget to tag me @blondeandambitiousblog if you do decide to recreate it. πŸ™‚

Earthy tones are definitely my favorite to experiment with and oh my gosh, you’ve convinced me to make sure I get an olive green shadow ASAP. This is stunning!

I love this look. Earthy tones are so gorgeous but with blue eyes i’m not sure I can pull them off so well. I do love the gold and cant wait to see the palette when it is released.
